1/2 inch mounting hardware and (16) 3/8 inch x 2.5 inch lag bolts are included for mounting to traditional wood stud construction.

Multiple long slots allow brackets to be mounted anywhere along a wall while still hitting multiple studs.

The 4′ header bracket pull-up bar is designed to be mounted above door for unobstructed pull-ups.
