The RAM Roller is designed so that you can push, pull, squat, lunge, then deep tissue roll. The Spartan RAM roller is a foam roller and compact weight all in one, ideal for workouts anywhere, anytime.
The 44lbb RAM can be used indoors or for outdoor bootcamps, PT sessions, circuit classes, HIIT sessions, or team it with the Tank to maximise your workouts. Whatever your fitness level there is a RAM that will enhance your workouts and become a staple in your programming.
