Our Medicine Ball Package is a convenient package that provides a proper weight for all of your exercises. The package consists of one each of 4 lbs, 6 lbs, 8 lbs, 10 lbs, and 12 lbs medicine balls.
Our medicine balls are a versatile total body training tool helping you to develop muscular strength, endurance, power, stability, and joint integrity. They feature durable rubber construction with a high grip texture.
The balls can be used on their own for light bouncing and air can be added for more bounce.
