With itÃs heavy duty frame and low height profile, this short lifting rack will allow you to perform the majority of your lifts at home, whether you are training in a basement with a low ceiling or a garage.

This home lifting rack comes standard with heavy 3 x 3 11 gauge uprights which provide plenty of weight to keep the squat stand steady and J-Cups to support your bar while lifting. This rack comes with 4 holes that allow users to bolt it to the floor for more stability. Bolting is not required but provides an extra level of stability.

To complete your rack and add more functionality, choose from our attachments like Spotter Arms and Dip Anchors to make your rack your own. With a variety of pull-up bars and attachments to choose from, you can start simple and build your way up to your dream home gym over time.
