The Strap/Harness Tow Kit expands TANK training exercises to include standing row, tow, lateral sidestep, push sled sprint training, and backward run, to name a few.

The Clamp Phone Holder attaches your mobile device to the TANK so you can use your favorite fitness apps or utilize our YouTube content for workout ideas.
