?Add traction to the TANKô M1 push sled to optimize performance on any surface. These high quality commercial grade 45 LB Olympic grip plates can also be removed when not in use with the TANKô M1 and used with any Olympic bar for lifting exercises.

These Olympic grip plates are made from a solid cast iron core that gives you a true weight and fully covered in a rubber coating that prevents damage to the plate, equipment, and flooring. Each plate has 3 rounded grip areas.
