F9 Adjustable Bench

An adjustable flat-to-incline bench that brings club quality strength training into the home.

This bench was specifically designed to compliment and complete the Free-Standing F9 Fold-Away Functional Trainer, but also works very well for lighter-weight exercises with dumbbells and/or body weight training.
